Since the vendor has already worked on the project in question, it would be ideal to outsource the work rather than use company resources to execute the project because of the learning curve involved. 1. Provide a web interface for the existing system so that it would be beneficial to customers as well as internal staff. Customers can benefit from the web interface to perform their routine requirements, while the staff can benefit from reduced work load and increased ease of delivery of services 3. The system has been envisaged to create more interaction between the customer service department and the billing department so that more professional exchanges can happen between the departments. This would also allow the company to enhance the performance of the two departments. 4.
